Witherhorde

Witherhorde is a death metal/hardcore band from Merseyside, England, formed by musicians coming from diverse backgrounds within the underground scene, including deathcore, emo/post-hardcore and straight-edge hardcore.

Their sound combines harsh, chainsaw-toned guitars and deathcore-style vocals with blast beats, pounding drums, hardcore grooves, violent two-steps and crushing breakdowns. The result is a confrontational blend of death metal, deathcore and hardcore built as much for the pit as for the record.

Formed with a desire to create something different from their previous bands, Witherhorde have also made inclusivity and community central to their live identity, presenting their shows as spaces free from hate and abuse.

The band released their debut EP, Words of Corruption, in 2025, followed by the five-track Circle of Bones EP in August 2026. Across their releases, Witherhorde deliver a raw and punishing form of death metal-infused hardcore driven by brutality, groove and relentless live energy.
