Shadowmass

Shadowmass is a Greek blackened thrash/heavy metal band (sometimes described as blackened heavy/thrash) from Athens, formed in 2019 (evolving from an earlier project called Fadom). They are known for a raw, energetic, and old-school sound that fuses thrash metal speed and riffs with black metal atmosphere and aggression.

The band draws heavily from classic 80s thrash and early black metal influences, delivering direct, riff-driven songs with a cold, cohesive atmosphere. Their music emphasizes strong songwriting, heaviness, and a harsh edge, evolving from their debut into more refined blackened territory on later releases. They are signed to Floga Records and are active in the Greek underground scene with live shows.
