Never Been is a hip-hop duo from Portland, Oregon that consists of IG88 and Jesus Chris Willis.

If you keep up with Heaven Noise Recordings releases, you might recognize IG88 from his other group, Triceracorn. He is an incredible producer and button pressing wizard. Jesus Chris is a dope emcee with a really soulful style. Plus it's only right that Heaven Noise has a Jesus Chris.
