Winnie is an indie Japanese band formed in 2002. They released their first demo in the same year. In 2003 they released their first mini-album first class speed of light. While they continued to perform live they did not release their second mini-album The Darkest Eternal Lights until 2008.

winnie's music is a more pop/rock inspired with all of it being sung in mostly understandable English. And mix the vocals between female member Iori and male member Okuji. Members are: Iori - vocals/guitar Okuji - vocals/guitar Jin - drums Abe: support bassist
