The latest release, "Havfsutsikt" was rated by the Swedish Close-Up Magazine as "demo of the month" and the band was honored for this with a gig at the Close-Up stage at the 2007 Peace&Love festival in Borlänge, Sweden.

Litania is a doom/hindustan psych band from Italy and Serbia. The sound is based on drones, heavy riffing and inspired by ancient hindustan singing and playing (with instruments such as Sitar, Dilruba and Harmonium). Litania is also the title of their first album, released by Heavy Psych Sounds in October 2025.
