Fetal Pulse is an Electronic / Experimental project by prolific independent music producer Pedro Costa. Pedro is best known for his Alternative Rock music namely "The Light" which charted in Poland in 2009. "Fooled Again?" an instrumental / quasi Electronic track was featured by CBC radio and made the CBC radio 3 track of the day.
