Eye Eater is a progressive/dissonant death metal band (with blackened, deathcore, and post-metal touches) from Auckland, New Zealand. They emerged as a solo project before evolving into a full band, known for chaotic yet precise songwriting that blends technical brutality with atmospheric and groove elements.

Eye Eater delivers a dense, multifaceted sound featuring dissonant riffs, grooving rhythms, blackened aggression, ambient passages, and progressive structures.
