2. Infernus is the stage name of Roger Tiegs (born on June 18, 1972 in Bergen, Norway), a black metal musician. He is the sole founding member and original ideologist of the Norwegian black metal band Gorgoroth. He has also played in other black metal bands such as Borknagar and Orcustus (which contains ex-Gorgoroth member Tormentor).
