Press for Masses (Lincoln, Nebraska)

“like a bully standing on your neck, testing to see how much more you could take” - Tim McMahan / The Reader

"Look, we all know that the heavy post-rock genre can be boring and lifeless at times. Luckily there are bands like Masses out there that keep it fresh and exciting. Meet instrumental rock's best keep secret." - Mitch Putnam (found of OMGvinyl.com and Sweat Lodge Guru Records)

"Don't be fooled into thinking this band will beat you to a pulp with its wall of guitar sound. It's much more dynamic - a drive through rolling hills that sink into eerie, foggy valleys before speeding to riotous, fists-in-the-air crescendos." - Andrew Norman (founder of non-profit music organization HearNebraska)

"[Masses are] a sonic wonder…there's just the ecstasy of sound and the majesty of rock." - Casey Welsch (for the Daily Nebraskan)
