Vaeovon

Emerging from the abyssal darkness of New Zealand, Vaeovon is a ferocious black/death metal force that plays with a level of violence so lightning-fast and razor-sharp it is utterly bewildering. Aligning themselves with the chaotic legacy of acts like Angelcorpse, Black Witchery, and Rites of Thy Degringolade, the group blends relentless, hyperspeed blast beats and demonic, multi-faceted vocals with a strangely alluring, unearthly atmosphere.

After quietly tracking their music in underground studios, the band partnered with Australian label Gutter Prince Cabal to release their devastating debut full-length, Spiritual Nullification, on April 20, 2026. Conceptually exploring the cosmic abyss and the cold chaos that dances on the fringe of reality, Vaeovon has rapidly established themselves as a terrifyingly precise and uncompromising new titan in the Southern Hemisphere's extreme metal landscape.
