Asmodée

Asmodée is a french extreme metal band created in 1997. This band sounds like no other one; they have created their own style, which blend many various influences and is extremely agressive while remaining very melodic. It's an original mixture of brutal black metal and technical death metal with ceaseless rhythm and time signature changes, and some progressive and jazzy stuff. Many consider it as "avant-garde extreme metal". Technical, complex, melodic, apocalyptic, frantic, intense, hysteric, are probably the best adjectives to qualify their music.

By now, Asmodée has released two full-length albums, Symptômes de ruine in 2002 and Simulacres in 2004. A third album has to be released in 2007 on Appease Me/Candlelight Records.
