Επιθανάτιος Ρόγχος (phonetically in English: Epithanatios Rogchos, translation: Death Rattle) is a 4-piece D.I.Y. hardcore punk band from Thessaloniki, Greece. Their sound is a breed of dark, atmospheric hardcore punk and crust elements. Lineup consists of: Christos (Vocals/Bass), Kostas (Guitar), Christos (Guitar), Christos (Drums/Vocals)

They started as Έρημος in 2001 at Kastoria, Greece. The same year they released a demo-CD entitled Γερασμένη Πόλη. In 2004 they released their debut album Κοιλάδα Της Μοναξιάς. Two members that left the band, resulted in changing their name to Επιθανάτιος Ρόγχος. Near the end of 2004 they record some songs that they didn't release. Around that period the band moved to their new domicile, Thessaloniki. In 2006 they released a split LP with the band Πορεία Στο Περιθώριο. Later that year a song of theirs was included in the compilation "Διατάραξη Κοινής Συνείδησης". All of their concerts have taken place in self-organized anarchic venues playing among fellow Greek punk bands.

They continue to give concerts in self-organized places, in various cities of Greece.

Their new work will be seen through an upcoming split album with Τελευταίος Αιώνας.
