Acidiun

Acidiun was formed in Uppsala, Sweden, 2008 and make music influenced by Metalcore and Deathcore.

Acidiun consists of five 23-25 year olds that always gives 100%. To describe the bands approach to the music and liveshow.

The music is bonehard and clearly mosh and headbang accessible. Backingtracks and cleansong does not exist in Acidiuns register, everything that is delivered to the crowd is their livemusic and raw energy.

In June of 2015 Acidiun released the EP "9 Circles". Since then they have toured Sweden to support the release. With this release Acidiun recieved positive reactions and reviews published online in Germany, Mexico, Belgium, South Africa, Czech republic, Argentina and Italy. The song “Strolling Downwards” have been featured on the Spanish record “I Love Mosh: Heavy Weight Compilation 5 & 6”. The song “Strolling Downwards” and music video ”Boiling Inside” have been shared on social media in various countries in Europe and our EP ”9 Circles" have been featured on various webradio shows in South America and the US.

In 2016 We were close to make it through in the Sweden Rock Competition, Acidiun ended up at 28th place out of thousand bands worldwide, amazing. Close-Up Magazine magazine wrote a strong review about us. They have also been featured in radioshows, interviews or presentations in countries es such as Argentina, South Africa, Spain, Italiy, Uruguay, Canada, Peru, Chile and the USA. Apart from that we also managed to play 17 shows throughout Sweden.

In 2017 Acidiun released two singles "Urges" and "Moshnado". Urges with a lyrics video and Moshnado with a live compilation. The band also released a drum music video of Urges. Most importantly Acidiun started the recording for debut album "The Coalescence".
